Park Trades Center

The Park Trades Center has stood for more than 100 years. Originally a manufacturing facility, today it houses a large community of over 100 artists, artisans, designers, entrepreneurs, and small business people.  With 140,000 square feet and 95 studios, the creative community has been leasing space in the building for over 30 years.

Among these artists, are tenants working in a variety of fields and types of businesses.  Within the building, you can find a variety of media including glass, printmaking, papermaking, metalsmithing, welding, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, woodworking, woodcarving, photography, painting, textiles, serigraphy, installation art, video, and beadworking.

Business/Creative Studios are available to lease throughout the year.
