Founded in 1988 by Jeffrey Nicholson, PlazaCorp Real Estate Advisors, Inc. is a commercial real estate development company that develops, leases and manages commercial retail and office properties throughout the United States. The PlazaCorp properties are owned by Mr. Nicholson in affiliated entities.

PlazaCorp is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan and employs eight individuals committed to developing quality real estate properties, managing them with integrity, and sharing success with its tenants and investors. The team’s adherence to its core values and the fundamentals of development, management and leasing have led to impressive results and a long history of maintaining and building the market value of its properties. 

PlazaCorp only develops properties that it intends to own for the long-term and only manages and leases affiliated properties.  This makes PlazaCorp uniquely accountable to the success of its investors and tenants.

About Our Properties

Because PlazaCorp was founded in Kalamazoo, many of PlazaCorp’s properties are located nearby in southwest Michigan. With focus on regional shopping trade areas, PlazaCorp has developed an array of retail properties from free-standing restaurants to much larger shopping centers.  PlazaCorp is recognized as a contributor to the revitalization and stabilization of downtown Kalamazoo through the successful Brownfield redevelopment of over 165,000 square feet of former manufacturing and warehouse facilities[1]^,[2]. To date, Plazacorp has developed over $100 million commercial investment properties and currently manages 34 properties totaling 673,062 square feet of leasable space.
